Reinhard Pamminger is the managing director, head of the inspection department and owner of the material testing institute HARTL GmbH and has more than 25 years of professional experience. In Austria, he is active in various specialist standards committees, research group for guidelines and special concretes as well as in task forces for construction methods, building materials, and concrete restoration.

In addition, Reinhard Pamminger is a certified expert on concrete, concrete products, building materials, screeds, industrial floors and concrete restoration. He passes on his acquired knowledge to interested parties as a lecturer (e.g. as a lecturer at the Fachhochschule Campus Vienna) or as part of consulting sessions.

Joose Penttilä studied civil engineering with a focus on building materials technology, construction and tunnelling as well as steel construction at the Ruhr-University Bochum. After his graduation in 2011, he worked as a research assistant at the Department of Building Materials Technology at the Ruhr-University Bochum. During his time there, he dealt intensively with a wide range of building-material-related questions with a focus on concrete.

Joose Penttilä has been the head of the HARTL Deutschland GmbH material testing institute since March 2017. His main points of focus are laboratory management, customer advisory service and support, as well as the preparation of test reports and expert reports. He is active in working group 8.1.1 (TP Concrete) of the Road and Transportation Research Association (FGSV).“
